The Construction Materials Coordinator, under the direction of a manager, operates machinery to load and unload solar materials. Must have operating experience, inventory experience, strong mathmatics skills, Shipping and Receiveing experience.
Essential Functions:
- Operates various Field Operations Machinery including Skid Steer, Forklift, Telehandlers, (Lull) Compactors, mini-excavators
- Verify bill of ladings against materials recevied.
- Ability to verify materials recevied
- Experiecne with inventory placement.
- Operates trucks of various sizes and weights in the loading, hauling and unloading of various materials and supplies
- Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or repairs to the supervisor; cleans equipment
- May be required to assit equipment operators and facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment and materials
- Ability to thoroughly keep equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, and all company property clean and neat
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience operationg Field Operations Machinery; Solar Farm development experience preferred
- Must be detailed and result-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast paced and constantly evolving environment as well as extended hours, as required
- Must have all the appropriate certifications (Osha Card, Equipment Trainings, Etc.)
- Be a proactive thinker who can anticipate next steps
- Must be willing to travel as required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, no recordable violations
- Must submit to a pre-employmnt drug test and criminal background review
- Must complete a Site Safety Orientation including approval to operate SE1 equipment

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to work in extreme indoor and outdoor environments; hot sun, cold air, wet weather, mud, loud noises, etc.
- Have and use, full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
- Ability to work in various positions including but not limited to; stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting, walking and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Be able to lift, pull, push, carry materials and equipment to complete assigned job task
- Able to work 8 – 12 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Physical work is a primary part of the job
- Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
- Regularly required to hear, speak, understand direction and maintain visual acuity.
- Drive a passenger car or pickup truck
- Traverse rough and uneven surfaces on foot
