Job Title: Executive Assistant

SunEnergy1 is seeking an Executive Assistant. This an individual will provide personal and professional assistance to the CEO and other members of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Personal Assistance:

  • Manage the purchase of gifts and personal items
  • Keep apprised of travel schedule to ensure there is transportation to and from the airport
  • Provide reminders of upcoming birthdays and important meetings
  • Run errands as necessary
  • Manage car and boat maintenance
  • Manage race car logistics – to include booking the race, travel/transportation, hotels and associated activities

Office Management:

  • Act as Receptionist for the Greenwich, CT office
  • Stock and track office supplies
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Stock kitchen with food and drinks
  • Maintain records, files and receipts
  • Research contacts, titles and connections associated with any field site visits to ensure CEO is prepped for his visit
  • Ensure any critical deadlines are met
  • Assist other executive departments in tasks such as equipment orders, marketing designs and coordination of plans
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of administrative assistant or office management experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on delivering timely results is a plus
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to anticipate and employ foresight
  • Agile, resourceful and tenacious
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to organization and details
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Ability to remain poised under pressure
